Returns

Please choose your pony carefully.  Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour selection, or style choice.

Faulty Prouducts 

Returns are only accepted for faulty products

  • Any faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a exchange, the pony must be unused, unaltered and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of fault will be required

Quality Assurance

All ponys undergo multiple quality checks

  • during manufacturing
  • during pacakging
  • upon receiving stock
  • before shipping

This ensures each pony meets our quality standards before being sent out.  If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect colour or style selection
  • change of mind
  • normal shedding or variations that occur with synthetic or human hair prouducts
  • damage caused by misuse, heat, chemicals or incorrect care
